How to Order

1. Choose your clothing

Select which garments you want to use for your keepsake item.

These could be items of baby clothes or blankets, children's clothes, uniforms, adults clothing, hoodies or robes. Most fabric is suitable, except from loose woven knitted fabrics. If there's any doubt, contact us via email to check.​​

 

2. Select which Shugglebears item(s) you want to have made

Choose whether you want a standard bear, a weighted bear ( if its to match your baby's birthweight)or a cushion, keyring or quilt and add them to your basket.​

 

3.Make your Payment

Payment is via a 3rd party secure payment system - we do not have access to, or keep your payment details. 

 

4. Confirmation Email

Once your payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email which will have details of where to send the clothing you have chosen to be made into a keepsake.  ​

 

5. Post your items

Package up your items and send them to the address on the email that you received. We recommend using a tracked and signed-for service. We will send an email to confirm we have received your parcel.​

 

6. Enjoy your Keepsake

Within approximately 4 weeks, once your keepsake is ready for shipping, you will get an email from us with your tracking number.​​​
