5 Pack - Keepsake/Memory Keyrings

Your Keepsake/Memory Keyrings will be carefully made out the garmets you send to us and stuffed with the samepoyester filling as our Bears. 

This item  is designed to be a keepsake item and should not be treated as a toy. 

Your Keyrings will be constructed from garments you send to us, which will be stabilised with an iron-on fabric stabiliser. We therefore recommend  careful cleaning with a damp cloth only.

 

 

Whilst every care is taken to create a unique and special item for you, that will enable you to hold your precious memories for a long time to come, we do appreciate that such a personal item may possibly not quite be what you were hoping for, for any number of reasons, such as the fabric not being appropriate, or not being enough to cover the areas required. 

Because of this, we appreciate the trust you have bestowed and the  huge resposibilty we have with your irreplacable garments.  We will always do our utmost to communicate with you and keep you informed  if we feel we cannot deliver to your expectations. 

So if you recceive your item and are not happy, please do contact us to discuss what we can do to rectify the situation.

 

We apologise in advance but due to US & EU regulations,  we are only able to post Shugglebear items within the United Kingdom.

Once you have purchased your Shugglebear product, you will receive an email which will provide the address for you to send your garments to us.  We recommend you send them via a tracked delivery service. We will send you a message as soon as we receive them.

We will send your completed Shugglebear products back to you, along with any left over fabric from your garments, via secure courier service. Once the items have been collected by the courier, you will receive a tracking number. Your items usually arrive with you within 2 days.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I send the clothing to you?

1. Select which Shugglebear you want, plus any accessories such as flower etc.
2. Place all the items in your basket
3. make your payment.
4. You will then receive an email giving detaills of where to send your garments.
5. Package up your garments and send via a tracked delivery service( recommended)

What Baby items are suitable?

Most fabrics are suitable, included knitted items. If you have any doubt send them along and I will do what I can with them.

If you are sending very small sizeditems, such as preemie or newborn size, please include up to 15 pieces. If you dont have that many available, a shawl, blanket or towel will also do.

In some instances, my customers have not had enough pieces of clothing so have also included a personal clothing item of their own to be added to the bear, along with their baby's clothing.

How long will it take to make my bear?

Currently turn-around time is upto 4 weeks from the date I receive your garments. If it is likely tobe slightly longer, due to unexpected  delays, I will contatc you to let you know.

How is my purchase going to be sent to me?

I currently use a secure courier service and always choose the fastest delivery option for you on that day to avoid your parcel being in transit for long periods of time, such as over a long bank holiday weekend. In most instances this is with either Fed Ex or DPD. You will receive an email with a tracking number once it has been scheduled for delivery. 

What if I don't like my item once I receive it?

This is not something I have ever experienced yet, but in the unlikely event this were to happen, I would dearly love for you to contact me to discuss what has gone wrong, and work out a way for me to fix this for you. I want you to be happy with your purchase.
